THE APARTMENT

The apartment is on the second floor, facing north, with unobstructed views of Lake Tekapo and Mount Cook.

It has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which opens to a huge wraparound deck. Each bedroom opens onto this deck and has its own ensuite bathroom.

There is a large gas fire in the main area, a large wide screen tv with full SKY Digital and a surround sound DVD / Stereo system. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all essential items.

Bedrooms

There are three large bedrooms in the apartment:

	The Super King Room This room has large super king bed. The ensuite has a large massage shower, vanity, toilet and spa bath.
	The Twin / Super King Room This room has a large super king bed, which can be converted to two single beds upon request. The ensuite bathroom has a toilet, vanity and shower.
	The Queen Room This room has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet.
